Graph view using RDF-Gravity

Well, I have built a test ontology using Protégé and loaded “OntologiaSimplesTeste.owl” to RDF-Gravity and applied some filters (literal, URI, Instances) in order to get a clearer view. It is not a definitive test, but, some “clusters”, if this is a correct guess, can be seen.  Of course this must be so, because by construction, energy is a cluster…How can this be interpreted? If we have a large domain, would there be some “hidden” cluster?

Here is a screenshot get using Ksnapshot (a KDE desktop screen capture tool):

However I can’t do any calculations using RDF-Gravity, it is just a way to visualize graphs. So I think JUNG is the best option.
